Terms and Conditions for all online courses, programs, products and memberships for Ola Goldsmith Business Ltd.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in any course, purchasing any coaching program or product ("the Academy"). By enrolling in the Academy, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Start dates for some online programs are TBC but will always be within 60 days of purchase.

 

1. Enrollment / purchase:
   1.1 The Academy offers an online program and business coaching products and events.
   1.2 Enrollment in the Academy is subject to availability and acceptance by Ola Goldsmith Business Ltd. ("the Company").
   1.3 Enrollment can be done through the Company's official sales page, checkout, on zoom calls or any authorised third-party platform.

 

2. Suitability and Learning Outcome:
   2.1 The Academy does not guarantee any specific learning outcome or results from participating in the programs or products.
   2.2 It is the responsibility of the customer to determine their own suitability and readiness for enrolling in the Academy.
   2.3 The customer acknowledges that results may vary and are dependent on their personal efforts, application, and circumstances.

 

3. Payment:
   3.1 The Academy offers payment in full or payment plans for the course fee.
   3.2 The customer agrees to pay the course fee as per the selected payment plan.
   3.3 Payment plans must be paid in full regardless of participation, and failure to do so may result in debt collectors enforcement and additional costs incurred by the customer.
   3.4 If payments plans fail, course access will be revoked without warning and no refunds given on payments made to date.

 

4. Refunds and Cancelations:
   4.1 The course or purchase fee is strictly non-refundable, we are a business to business provider.
   4.2 Once enrolled / purchased, the customer is fully responsible for the full payment of the course fee, regardless of completion or participation in the course.
   4.3 Digital products and events are also strictly non-refundable.

 

5. Intellectual Property:
   5.1 All course materials, including but not limited to videos, audios, texts, documents, and any other content provided by the Academy, are the intellectual property of the Company.
   5.2 The customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the course materials without prior written consent from the Company.

 

6. Disclaimer:
   6.1 The Academy and the Company make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the course materials.
   6.2 The customer understands and agrees that any reliance on the course materials is at their own risk.

 

7. Coaching / Calls: Any included calls must be used within the course access time or sooner where specified via email. Failure to book calls will result in a loss of this service. 
   7.1 The customer must book in advance and make themselves available. 
   7.2 Each  one to onecall must be a minimum of 2 weeks apart if it's part of a program. Coaching calls will be held with relevant team members.
   7.3 Group coaching calls may be canceled or amended from time to time.
   7.4 Voxer support details for programs *where it is included may be subject to short delays and short holiday periods. Voxer support is NOT daily.

 

8. Group culture: In the unlikely event that you have any issues, queries or complaints must be sent via email. You must not disrupt the facebook group with any negative comments as we wish to keep a positive coaching environment. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in removal from the facebook group with no reimbursement.

 

9. Limitation of Liability:
   9.1 The Company and its employees, agents, or representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Academy or the course materials.
   9.2 The customer acknowledges that the Company's total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the course.

   9.3 Events and live coaching days: Retreats and events may be subject to separate terms and conditions upon booking which will be stated befor checking  out.

 

10. Modifications and Amendments:
   10.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   10.2 The customer agrees to review the terms and conditions periodically and be bound by the latest version.
   10.3 Reasonable changes to the course schedule may also be made at any time without prior warning.

 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   11.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located.
   11.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

    11.3 Liability and Insurance:
   11.3.1 The customer acknowledges and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to make their own inquiries and assessments regarding their liabilities and insurance requirements related to their course creation activities.
   11.3.2 The Company does not provide any advice or guidance regarding liabilities or insurance coverage for course creation.
   11.3.3 The customer agrees to hold the Company harmless and indemnify it from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from their course creation activities, including but not limited to any legal or insurance-related matters.
